1. Nightlife


Home to some of the best nightlife in the world, this city has so many bars and nightclubs to offer that you will not know  where to start from. Whether you prefer local bars, discos, pre-drinks or just a quiet place where you can enjoy your sangria, Barcelona has it all! Clubs usually open around 1-1:30 am, which means you end up going around 2-2:30. Don't worry about the closing time because they open until 6-7 am.

It’s easy to take a weekend getaway to a city you’ve always wanted to visit. The airport is well located only half an hour from the city. To get there, it’s better to take one of Barcelona’s Aerobuses. This express bus system runs every 5-10 minutes from Plaza Catalunya or Plaza España to and from the airport. At only 5,90€ for a one-way ticket and 10,20€ for a round trip, this is by far the cheapest and most convenient way to get to the airport.






5. Climate


Bordering the Mediterranean, Barcelona’s weather is perfect.  The climate of this region is best said as the ‘Mediterranean Climate’ in geographic terms, which is, humid winters, and warm dry summers. The average temperature is about 21°C during day and 14°C at night. Temperatures get as high as 35 degrees in summer and as low as 0 degrees Celsius in Winter.  It still feels like summer during September and October!  And better yet, rain isn’t all too common in Barcelona.
